Requirements
- NQF Level 4/Grade 12 plus National Diploma in Legal Interpreting (or language-related qualification) with 3+ years court experience
- OR Grade 12 with 10+ years practical court interpreting experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluency in English plus two indigenous languages (Setswana/Afrikaans/IsiZulu/IsiXhosa preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional court interpretation services
- Translate legal documents and evidence
- Maintain terminology databases
- Assist with court record management
- Supervise junior interpreters
- Perform administrative support tasks
