Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
• Education Requirements:
  
  – Matric Certificate (Essential)
  
  – National Diploma/Degree in Information Systems (Preferred)
• Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS)/Automatic Fare Collection environments
• Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
• Department: Public Transport Technology Division

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time Automated Fare Collection system performance
• Execute immediate corrective actions for system anomalies
• Coordinate technical responses with station teams and drivers
• Protect revenue collection infrastructure integrity
• Document and report operational incidents

Essential Requirements

• Valid South African driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Clear criminal record verification
• Availability for shift rotations including weekends
