Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle digital transformation and operational excellence projects across global locations.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC, Kaizen) and Agile methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Act as Scrum Master to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using tools like UI Path and Automation Anywhere.
  • Design and execute Generative AI and data science solutions to address business challenges.
  • Mentor teams in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green, and Black Belt levels).
  • Develop training programs and assess effectiveness for process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive automation strategies to improve KPIs such as cycle time and customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise

  • 500+ Lean Six Sigma projects managed, delivering significant cost savings.
  • 20,000+ hours of Lean Six Sigma training delivered globally.
  • Proficiency in RPA, AI/ML, process mining, and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Proven track record in enhancing operational metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT).

Requirements

  • 20-25 years of experience, including 20+ years in BPO/digital transformation roles.
  • Global project experience (South Africa, USA, India, Philippines).
  • Strong leadership in strategic planning and team development.

Certifications (Required)

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification
  • RPA Certification (UI Path/Automation Anywhere)
  • Data Science with Python/R
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
