Responsibilities

  • Work with business leaders to deliver our people strategy and implement innovative HR initiatives and new employee programs.
  • Partner with the HR Country Lead to define and drive key initiatives that improve employee engagement and experience.
  • Manage the HR Business Partner team across a business unit to provide effective support and deliver on our HR strategy.
  • Coach line managers to better understand and use talent frameworks and related tools.
  • Support and promote a high-performance culture that values diversity and inclusion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering business leaders professional, accurate, and timely support.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR Shared Services, Legal, and other internal teams to maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct.
  • Facilitate clear communication on all HR matters.
  • Represent EXL with professionalism and integrity, both inside and outside the company.

Education Requirements

  • Matric
  • Bachelor’s degree or HR-related certification

Work Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with essential experience in the BPO industry.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
