  • Constitutional law principles

Key Responsibilities

• Represent state interests in various courts:
  • High Court and Magistrate’s Court
  • Labour and Land Courts
  • Tax tribunals
• Provide legal opinions and draft legal documents
• Manage insolvency cases and debt collection
• Oversee conveyancing and notarial services
• Lead departmental arbitration processes
