Core Responsibilities

Technical Operations:

• Resolve equipment breakdowns and implement technical improvements in BIW systems
• Manage TPM, preventive maintenance, and SAP breakdown tracking
• Specialize in vehicle body joining technologies

Team Leadership:

• Mentor team members through knowledge sharing and training sessions
• Drive personal and team skills development initiatives
• Support achievement of departmental human resource targets

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with OHS Act and ISO 14001 environmental standards
• Maintain equipment safety protocols and accident prevention measures

Key Requirements

Education:

• National Certificate
• Valid Trade Test Certification

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years electrical/mechanical maintenance experience
• Proven track record in automated manufacturing environments

Technical Skills:

• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities
• Expertise in automated systems maintenance
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
