Position Details:

• Job Type: Full Time
• Qualification: Matric (NQF4)
• Experience: 4-5 years in auto-electrical/mechanical field
• Location: North West, South Africa
• Field: Engineering/Technical

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Oversee maintenance plans for production targets
• Manage equipment repairs, installations, and asset care
• Develop inspection schedules for critical machinery
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety compliance
• Supervise quality of work from technical teams

Compliance & Safety

• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training

Team Leadership

• Manage auto-electrical/mechanical personnel
• Provide performance feedback and daily task direction

Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate
• Trade Certificates: Engineering, Earthmoving Equipment, Auto-Electrical
• 3+ years post-apprenticeship experience
• Liebherr/CAT 6050 face shovel expertise
