Required Qualifications
- Trade Test Certificate in Fitting and Turning
- NTC 3 Trade Theory (advantageous)
- Valid Code B/EB Driver’s License
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations
- Physical fitness for outdoor work in various conditions
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and remain on standby
Core Responsibilities
- Fabricate and install steel structures using welding techniques
- Supervise maintenance operations and junior staff
- Conduct measurements and interpret technical drawings
- Implement safety protocols and permit systems
- Identify training needs for team development
