Key Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Agriculture with 3-5 years’ field experience
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain agricultural service standards for plant production
  • Ensure compliance with agricultural legislation and policies
  • Manage farming operations for self-sufficiency and sustainability
  • Supervise agricultural labor, equipment, and safety protocols
  • Oversee resource management (financial, human, and assets)
  • Conduct quality assessments of agricultural outputs
