Senior Human Resources Advisor (Generation Division) – Majuba Power Station (Re-advert)

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree/BTech in Human Resources or Social/Behavioral Sciences (NQF Level 7 with 360 credits)

Experience:
5 years’ demonstrated experience in general human resources management

Knowledge Areas:

• Eskom HR policies and procedures
• SAP HR systems expertise
• Labor relations and union agreements

Technical Skills:

• Advanced communication (written/verbal)
• Proficiency in HR analytics and digital tools
• Conflict resolution and negotiation

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive HR services across talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
• Interpret and implement HR policies and labor regulations
• Lead HR projects and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Provide strategic guidance to department leaders
• Manage workforce planning and skills development programs
