Position Requirements
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree/BTech in Human Resources or Social/Behavioral Sciences (NQF Level 7 with 360 credits)
Experience:
5 years’ demonstrated experience in general human resources management

- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong professional ethics and integrity
- Team collaboration and mentoring capabilities
Knowledge Areas:
- Eskom HR policies and procedures
- SAP HR systems expertise
- Labor relations and union agreements
Technical Skills:
- Advanced communication (written/verbal)
- Proficiency in HR analytics and digital tools
- Conflict resolution and negotiation
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive HR services across talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
- Interpret and implement HR policies and labor regulations
- Lead HR projects and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance to department leaders
- Manage workforce planning and skills development programs
