Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tender documentation aligned with procurement plans
- Manage complete tender lifecycle from advertisement to award publication
- Conduct risk analysis on bidder qualifications and proposals
- Compile detailed evaluation reports with committee recommendations
- Administer tender registration and tracking systems
- Lead investigations into procurement-related complaints
- Supervise junior staff including performance management
- Develop team capability through training programs
