Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review tender documentation aligned with procurement plans
  • Manage complete tender lifecycle from advertisement to award publication
  • Conduct risk analysis on bidder qualifications and proposals
  • Compile detailed evaluation reports with committee recommendations
  • Administer tender registration and tracking systems
  • Lead investigations into procurement-related complaints
  • Supervise junior staff including performance management
  • Develop team capability through training programs
