Requirements

  • Appropriate experience in Information Management.
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Systems or a relevant qualification.
  • Valid Code B/EB driver’s license.

  • Offer effective Training and Development.
  • Deliver effective and efficient Management Support.
  • Provide effective and efficient End User Support.
  • Manage the component effectively and efficiently.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of common concepts, practices, and processes in Information Management.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of ICT policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis, mapping, modelling, and re-engineering.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies, prescripts, and standards in the Department of Health and Wellness (DoHW) and Chief Executive Information (CEI) environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information related to death scene investigations and autopsy examinations.
  • Ability to understand regulations and Standard Operating Procedures and apply them in operations.
  • Above-average computer and software skills in Office Suite applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
  • Skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management.
  • Information Technology expertise.

Salary

R 397 116 per annum – R 467 790 per annum. This includes annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer’s contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
