Requirements

  • Skill in analysing, interpreting, and applying laws, policies, and guidelines.
  • Computer skills in MS Word, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work as a team member, with or without supervision.
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
  • Good planning and administration abilities.
  • A three-year National Diploma or Degree in a Human Resources-related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control all allowances to ensure compliance with audits.
  • Manage finances, including the proper use of overtime budget.
  • Handle registry services and employee service benefits.
  • Manage leave administration efficiently.
  • Oversee incapacity cases, Pilir applications, and Workers’ Compensation Act (WCA) processes.
  • Ensure compliance with pension rules and audits.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to staff and line managers.
  • Manage and develop subordinates effectively.

Salary and Benefits

A salary of R 397 116 to R 467 790 per year, plus benefits such as a 13th cheque, employer’s pension fund contribution, housing allowance, and medical aid allowance.
