Requirements

- Skill in analysing, interpreting, and applying laws, policies, and guidelines.
- Computer skills in MS Word, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work as a team member, with or without supervision.
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
- Good planning and administration abilities.
- A three-year National Diploma or Degree in a Human Resources-related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control all allowances to ensure compliance with audits.
- Manage finances, including the proper use of overtime budget.
- Handle registry services and employee service benefits.
- Manage leave administration efficiently.
- Oversee incapacity cases, Pilir applications, and Workers’ Compensation Act (WCA) processes.
- Ensure compliance with pension rules and audits.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to staff and line managers.
- Manage and develop subordinates effectively.
Salary and Benefits
A salary of R 397 116 to R 467 790 per year, plus benefits such as a 13th cheque, employer’s pension fund contribution, housing allowance, and medical aid allowance.
