Position Overview
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Experience Requirement: 1-3 years relevant experience
Education Requirements:
– Grade 12 certificate + 3 years’ experience OR
– 3-year Diploma/Certificate in HR/Administration/Business Management + 1 year experience
Core Responsibilities
- Manage physical and digital records through archiving, quality checks, and secure storage
- Advise staff on records management protocols and privacy compliance
- Maintain electronic records system integrity and folder structures
- Verify document completeness and proper categorization
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
- Support office operations through report preparation and correspondence handling
Required Competencies
- Proven experience with electronic document management systems
- Understanding of data protection regulations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential materials appropriately
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
