Position Summary:
We seek a detail-oriented professional to manage daily administrative operations for our Crown Bag division, ensuring efficient stock control and financial administration.
Requirements:
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certification
- 4+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
- Agricultural sector experience (advantageous)
- Strong numerical aptitude and accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions and debtor accounts
- Oversee inventory control and stock reconciliation
- Process production data and raw material orders
- Prepare monthly stock reports and audit documentation
- Handle credit approvals within authorized limits
Required Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong client service orientation
- Effective communication abilities
- Mentoring and training skills
- Bilingual (English/Afrikaans preferred)
