Position Summary

We seek an experienced Software Development Specialist to lead application development initiatives using ReactJS and C#. This senior role requires strategic oversight of full software lifecycle management while maintaining alignment with organizational standards.

Key Requirements

  • Education:
    – Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in IT + 8-10 years’ dev experience (3-4 years managerial)
    OR
    – Matric + Relevant Certification + 15 years’ experience (3-4 years managerial)
  • Technical Skills:
    – 6+ years Microsoft .NET development
    – 4+ years MS SQL/DB2 experience
    – 3+ years ReactJS/Redux/TypeScript
    – Git repository management
    – Agile methodology implementation
  • Certifications:
    – Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (C#)
    – Formal web development training (ReactJS)
