Purpose of Role
Lead the design and implementation of integrated business solutions that align with enterprise architecture, ensuring minimal operational risk and sustainable technological infrastructure.
Requirements
- Education:
- B.Tech in Computer Systems (NQF7) + 8-10 years’ ESB/integration experience (3-4 years at junior specialist level)
- OR Senior Certificate (NQF4) + 15 years’ relevant experience (3-4 years at junior specialist level)
- Technical Expertise: Enterprise Service Bus systems, software lifecycle management, IT governance
Key Responsibilities
Solutions Development
- Design integration architectures aligning with enterprise systems
- Optimize existing systems through continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead software development activities for business integration projects
Governance & Strategy
- Develop risk management frameworks for integration systems
- Implement cost-control measures and resource optimization
- Contribute to organizational IT planning and strategy
