- Manage accounting processes for sectional title properties
- Ensure compliance with property regulations and financial standards
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with property management teams
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Proven experience with sectional title property management
- Proficiency in WeConnectU and MDA software platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capacity to work effectively under deadlines
