Essential Qualifications

Core Responsibilities
- Lead specialized research initiatives for tactical policing improvements
- Evaluate existing law enforcement programs for effectiveness
- Analyze emerging trends in criminal tactics and police responses
- Develop innovative policing models and modernization strategies
- Implement quality control for research implementation
