Key Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Secretarial qualification or relevant training
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office essential)
- Clear criminal record (verification required)
Role Purpose
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the Director’s office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence and office communications
- Coordinate meetings and maintain schedules
- Handle document processing and filing systems
- Serve as frontline contact for visitors and callers
- Support special projects and department initiatives
