Key Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate

  • 1+ years of administrative experience

  • Clear criminal record (verification required)

Role Purpose

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the Director’s office.

  • Manage correspondence and office communications
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain schedules
  • Handle document processing and filing systems
  • Serve as frontline contact for visitors and callers
  • Support special projects and department initiatives
