Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Industrial Engineering graduate to join our Graduate Programme. You will work closely with experienced engineers and business leaders to design smarter, more efficient systems across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve processes in production, logistics and operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma and process optimisation.
• Use data to drive efficiency, quality and cost improvements.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects with engineers and business leaders.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Interest in process improvement, systems thinking and data‑driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis or simulation tools is an advantage.
