Position Details:

Employment Type: Full Time
Qualifications: Matric (NQF 4)
Experience: 2+ years in stores/logistics
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Department: Procurement & Supply Chain

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse space optimization for flammable and general storage areas
• Maintain stock levels through timely replenishment of laboratory supplies
• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain Cardex system accuracy
• Implement secure access protocols for storage facilities
• Coordinate gas deliveries and manage goods receipt processes
• Process stock reservations using SAP system
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and OHS regulations

Essential Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate with mathematics
• 2 years’ inventory management experience
• Proficiency in SAP and LIMS systems
• Understanding of supply chain operations
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
