Job Title: Salesman Driver – Potchefstroom Bakery

Over the past two years, Premier has expanded beyond its traditional milling and baking business into the sugar industry, marking a significant evolution in our operations.

• Job Type: Full Time
• Qualification Required: Matric (Grade 12)
• Experience Required: 1-3 years in sales or retail
• Location: North West, Potchefstroom
• Job Field: Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development

Main Objectives:

The Salesman Driver role is designed to ensure service delivery and bakery sales growth through timely and accurate delivery of products, collection of payments, and effective management of bakery sales assets on a daily basis.

• Strong persuasion and influencing skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Good people management skills
• Self-motivation and responsibility with a focus on achieving targets
• Strong verbal and numerical skills combined with assertiveness

Qualification Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification
• Valid Driver’s License (Code 10/C1) with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP) that is at least 3 years old

Experience Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or retail environment

Key Outputs:

• Ability to work in a pressurized environment
• 6-day workweek
• Required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as needed
• Flexibility to work in alternative areas as required by the business
