Position Overview

Full-time role reporting to Operations Manager, providing administrative and sales support to intermediaries and regional management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quotation assistance and product information to intermediaries
  • Process and track new business applications
  • Generate sales reports for management
  • Support technology adoption initiatives
  • Handle basic after-sales service queries
  • Maintain sales performance tracking systems

Requirements

Education:
  • Matric certificate (essential)
  • Bachelor’s degree (advantageous)
Experience:
  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Financial services background preferred
  • Broker/advisor services experience beneficial
