Position Overview
Full-time role reporting to Operations Manager, providing administrative and sales support to intermediaries and regional management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotation assistance and product information to intermediaries
- Process and track new business applications
- Generate sales reports for management
- Support technology adoption initiatives
- Handle basic after-sales service queries
- Maintain sales performance tracking systems
Requirements
Education:
- Matric certificate (essential)
- Bachelor’s degree (advantageous)
Experience:
- 2+ years administrative experience
- Financial services background preferred
- Broker/advisor services experience beneficial
Key Competencies:
- Client service orientation
- Process optimization skills
- Effective communication
- Collaboration ability
- TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) compliance
