Core Responsibilities

Sales Operations Management:

  • Maintain accurate CRM systems and sales performance dashboards
  • Automate reporting processes and optimize operational workflows
  • Coordinate monthly sales reviews and target tracking

Executive Support:

  • Manage executive schedules and confidential communications
  • Prepare board presentations and strategic documents
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense management

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Facilitate collaboration between sales, finance, and logistics teams
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure task completion
  • Organize company events and client meetings

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Business Management (Essential)
  • 3-5 years experience in executive support roles
  • Proven track record in sales operations coordination
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
