Position Details

• Location: Mall of the North, Polokwane, Limpopo
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Education Requirement: Matric Certificate
• Experience: Retail experience preferred (6+ months customer service)

Core Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Greet customers within 30 seconds of entry
• Provide expert product advice and styling recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately

Store Operations

• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Manage stock replenishment and inventory counts
• Ensure clean and organized store presentation

Team Collaboration

• Participate in monthly performance reviews
• Complete quarterly product training modules
• Assist with opening/closing procedures

Candidate Profile

• Matric certificate holder
• Available for flexible retail hours
• Passion for footwear and fashion retail
• Basic computer literacy
