Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through effective selling techniques.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets consistently.
• Design and maintain visually appealing in-store displays, window setups, and signage.
• Process payments (cash, cards, vouchers) and manage loyalty programs.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organized product presentation.
• Implement seasonal promotions and brand-aligned visual strategies.

Requirements

Essential:

• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail experience.

Preferred:

• Experience in visual merchandising.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Interest in fashion/outdoor lifestyle trends.
