Position Overview

Type: Full-Time | Location: Cape Town, Western Cape | Experience: 1+ year retail

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative selling
• Process transactions and maintain payment accuracy
• Design and maintain creative product displays aligned with brand standards
• Implement seasonal visual merchandising strategies
• Manage stock control and inventory accuracy
• Resolve customer inquiries effectively

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Passionate about retail and customer experience
• Creative problem-solver with attention to detail
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Knowledge of current fashion/retail trends

Requirements

Essential:

• Matric certificate
• 1 year retail experience

Preferred:

• Visual merchandising experience
• Basic computer skills
