Job Opportunity: Sales Assistant – Tool Department

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Western Cape

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service and product advice
  • Drive sales growth through excellent customer engagement
  • Manage inventory and conduct regular stock checks
  • Process orders and maintain accurate sales records
  • Organize product displays and pricing
  • Collaborate with purchasing team for stock replenishment
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent (120-credit qualification)
  • 2+ years experience in hardware retail
  • Specialized knowledge of power tools and equipment
  • Brights Service Excellence certification (training provided)
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proven sales ability and customer service focus
