Position Summary

Role: Full-Time Sales Assistant
Location: V&A Waterfront, Cape Town
Experience: 6+ months retail experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through expert product knowledge
• Process sales transactions accurately (cash, cards, vouchers)
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Achieve personal and store sales targets
• Manage stock control and loss prevention
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills:
– Matric certificate
– Retail customer service experience
– Basic computer literacy
– Availability for retail hours including weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
– 1+ year fashion/retail experience
– Knowledge of current clothing trends
– Strong communication abilities

Employment Requirements

• Valid SA ID/documentation
• Clear criminal record
