• We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
• You will be required to work different shifts across trading and non-trading hours, including Sundays and Public Holidays.

What You’ll Do

This is a list of tasks you will be responsible for on your days at work.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Keep the store fully stocked.
• Understand customers’ needs and wants.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Welcome and greet customers.
• Manage point-of-sale processes.
• Actively participate in receiving new shipments.
• Stay up to date with product information.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

This is a list of things you will need to be considered for this role.

• Matric.
• Experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Associate, Salesperson, Retail Salesperson, Cashier, or Shop Assistant.
• Live within 15km of the job location.
• Clear criminal record.
