Position Overview

Location: Bellville, Western Cape
Employment Type: Full Time
Experience: 2+ years in hardware retail
Education: Matric certificate required

Purpose of Role

Deliver expert product guidance and exceptional service to help customers find optimal painting solutions, driving sales growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer assistance in product selection
• Maintain stock levels through regular counts and replenishment
• Handle merchandising and pricing accuracy
• Process special orders and manage department administration
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Participate in inventory management

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience with paint products (minimum 2 years)
• Retail sales background in hardware environment
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Product knowledge certification preferred
• Basic understanding of merchandising standards
• Customer service training completion
