Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service using proven sales techniques
• Maintain inventory control and loss prevention standards
• Consistently achieve sales targets and identify growth opportunities
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance store appeal
• Process all transactions accurately (cash, cards, vouchers)
• Handle customer loyalty programs and resolve queries
• Keep up-to-date with outdoor lifestyle trends and product knowledge

Candidate Profile:

• Honest with strong ethical standards
• Problem-solver with excellent customer service skills
• Adaptable to change and retail hours
• Team player with strong communication skills

Requirements:

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• 0-6 months retail experience
• Clean credit and criminal record
• South African citizenship
