Position: Retail Sales Assistant (Crocs East Point)

Key Information:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Education Requirement: Matric Certificate
• Experience: 1+ years in customer service
• Location: Boksburg, Gauteng

Core Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

• Greet customers within 30 seconds of entry
• Provide expert product advice and closing sales
• Achieve daily sales targets

Stock Management:

• Maintain inventory levels and product displays
• Process deliveries and customer orders
• Implement anti-shrinkage measures

Store Operations:

• Maintain clean retail environment
• Assist with opening/closing procedures

Professional Development:

• Complete mandatory training programs
• Participate in monthly performance reviews

Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12 certification
• Retail experience (footwear knowledge preferred)
• Flexibility for retail schedule
• Strong communication skills
