Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet customers within 30 seconds of entry
  • Deliver exceptional service using Birkenbrand standards
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Monitor daily sales performance against targets

Inventory Management

  • Restock products daily from storage areas
  • Maintain accurate POS system records
  • Process deliveries and customer orders
  • Implement loss prevention measures

Operations

  • Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
  • Assist with opening/closing procedures
