Key Responsibilities

Sales & Service Excellence

• Greet customers within 30 seconds of entry
• Provide expert product advice and closing sales
• Monitor personal sales performance against targets

Store Operations

• Maintain inventory levels and accurate POS records
• Process shipments and customer orders
• Ensure daily store cleanliness standards

Professional Development

• Complete quarterly training programs
• Participate in monthly performance reviews
• Progress through structured training materials

Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• 6+ months retail experience
• Product knowledge in footwear (advantageous)
• Flexibility for shift work
