Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Deliver exceptional service using product knowledge, process sales transactions, and achieve daily sales targets.
Inventory Management:
Maintain stock levels, process deliveries, and ensure accurate POS system updates.
Store Operations:
Assist with opening/closing procedures, maintain cleanliness, and implement visual merchandising standards.
Professional Development:
Complete training programs and participate in quarterly performance reviews.
Requirements
- Matric certificate (essential)
- Retail experience (preferred)
- Flexibility for retail hours
- Familiarity with Crocs products (advantageous)
