Position Details:
Location: Mahikeng, North West
Employment Type: Full-Time
Minimum Education: Matric/Grade 12
Experience Required: 1-2 years in FMCG sector
License Requirement: Valid Code 10/CI Driver’s License with PDP
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery operations through product verification and route assistance
- Ensure accurate cash/tray collection and daily reconciliation (where applicable)
- Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness standards
- Manage timely product offloading at customer sites
- Report operational incidents promptly to management
Required Competencies:
- Effective communication across organizational levels
- Strong relationship-building capabilities
- Basic digital literacy
- Self-motivation and accountability
- High-pressure environment adaptability
Work Conditions:
- 6-day work week with rotating shifts
- Weekend and public holiday availability required
- Potential 12-hour shifts including nights
