Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Greet customers within 30 seconds of entry
- Provide product expertise and style recommendations
Store Operations
- Process stock deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy
- Manage daily store presentation and cleanliness
Sales Growth
- Track daily sales performance against targets
- Execute visual merchandising standards
Candidate Requirements
- Retail experience preferred
- Flexibility for retail hours including weekends
- Footwear product knowledge advantageous
