Position Details

• Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years in hardware retail

• Department: Sales & Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert product advice and solutions for customer needs
• Maintain optimal stock levels through regular inventory checks
• Process orders and handle related documentation
• Ensure attractive product displays and accurate pricing
• Collaborate with purchasing team for stock replenishment
• Maintain clean and organized workspace

Candidate Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• 2+ years experience with irrigation products
• Proven sales ability in hardware environment
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Product knowledge certifications preferred
• Customer service training completion
