About the Role
Join Birkenstock V&A Waterfront as a Sales Assistant:
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales:
- Greet customers within 30 seconds of entry
- Provide expert product advice and close sales
- Achieve daily sales targets
Inventory Management:
- Maintain stock levels and process deliveries
- Accurate POS system management
Store Operations:
- Ensure daily store cleanliness
- Support opening/closing procedures
Who You Are
- Matric graduate with 6+ months retail experience
- Available for flexible shifts
- Passionate about footwear/fashion (Birkenstock knowledge preferred)
