Sales Assistant – Birkenstock V&A Waterfront

Position Summary

Full-time sales role requiring matric qualification. Previous customer service experience preferred. Based in Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service using product knowledge
  • Sales Targets: Monitor and achieve daily sales goals
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels and process deliveries
  • Store Presentation: Ensure visual merchandising standards
  • Operations: Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily maintenance

Essential Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • 6+ months retail experience
  • Availability for flexible shifts
  • Footwear product knowledge (advantageous)
