Experience: 6+ months customer service experience

Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers within 30 seconds, provide expert product advice, and process sales transactions
  • Store Operations: Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage stock replenishment, and assist with opening/closing procedures
  • Inventory Management: Process deliveries, conduct stock checks, and minimize shrinkage
  • Team Development: Participate in quarterly training sessions and monthly performance reviews

Key Requirements

  • Matric certificate (essential)
  • Retail/customer service experience
  • Knowledge of footwear/products (advantageous)
  • Flexibility for retail shift patterns
