Core Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers within 30 seconds, provide expert product advice, and process sales transactions
- Store Operations: Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage stock replenishment, and assist with opening/closing procedures
- Inventory Management: Process deliveries, conduct stock checks, and minimize shrinkage
- Team Development: Participate in quarterly training sessions and monthly performance reviews
Key Requirements
- Matric certificate (essential)
- Retail/customer service experience
- Knowledge of footwear/products (advantageous)
- Flexibility for retail shift patterns
