Position Details:

• Education Requirement: Matric Certificate
• Experience Needed: 1 year (retail preferred)
• Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
• Department: Retail Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and sales techniques
• Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Achieve sales targets and identify growth opportunities
• Manage stock control and loss prevention measures
• Resolve customer inquiries and build client relationships

Candidate Profile:

• Honest and trustworthy with strong ethics
• Adaptable problem-solver with time management skills
• Customer-focused team player
• Knowledgeable about outdoor lifestyle trends (advantageous)

Requirements:

Essential:

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• 6 months retail experience
• Clear criminal/credit record
• South African citizenship

Preferred Skills:

• 1 year retail experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• Effective communication abilities

Work Conditions:
