Position Overview

Job Type: Full Time

Experience: 1 year (Entry-level candidates welcome)
Education: Matric certificate required

Core Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product advice
• Process payments and handle cash registers accurately
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and store presentation
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to store success
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Support inventory management and stock control procedures

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Matric certification (Grade 12)
• 6+ months retail experience (1 year preferred)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Passion for outdoor activities/lifestyle (advantageous)
• Available to work flexible retail hours
