Position Details

  • Location: Menlyn Store, Pretoria
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Minimum Education: Matric Certificate
  • Experience: Customer service experience preferred

Core Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Greet customers within 30 seconds of entry
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations
  • Process sales and suggest additional purchases

Store Operations

  • Maintain stock levels and inventory accuracy
  • Process deliveries and customer orders
  • Ensure store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

Team Development

  • Complete mandatory quarterly training
  • Participate in monthly performance reviews
  • Progress through structured career development program

Requirements

  • Matric certificate equivalent
  • 6+ months customer service experience
  • Product knowledge in footwear/apparel (training provided)
  • Flexibility to work retail hours
