Core Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Greet customers within 30 seconds of entry
• Provide expert product recommendations
• Process sales and suggest complementary items
• Track daily sales performance

Inventory Management

• Maintain stock levels across displays
• Process deliveries and customer orders
• Implement loss prevention measures

Store Operations

• Maintain clean shopping environment
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures

Professional Development

• Complete initial buddy training program
• Attend quarterly skills workshops
• Participate in monthly performance reviews

Candidate Requirements

• Matric certificate (Essential)
• Retail experience (1 year minimum)
