Job Purpose:

Provide efficient data management and administrative support to boost retail team effectiveness. Coordinate national retail orders, maintain pricing accuracy, and contribute to operational profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Consolidate stock reports and analyze retail data
  • Generate monthly performance reviews
  • Collect insights from major retail portals (Shoprite BTB, Spar Insights, etc.)
  • Process Vector order system entries

Pricing Administration:

  • Prepare and verify deal sheets for national retailers
  • Manage price updates across EDI systems and retail platforms
  • Submit pricing data to Vector system

Sales Support:

  • Research and resolve claim discrepancies
  • Track sales-related expenses and promotions
  • Prepare materials for sales strategy meetings

Communication Coordination:

  • Draft price change notifications
  • Maintain pricing records across platforms
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication

Requirements:

  • BCom/B-Tech in Finance, Management or related field (advantageous)
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong numerical ability
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Retail/sales administration experience preferred
