Key Performance Areas:
The role involves preparing, reviewing, and processing contracts and related documents accurately. You will assist members and sales agents with a helpful and service-focused approach. The job requires discipline, attention to detail, compliance, accuracy, and good engagement with stakeholders.
Key Competencies and Personal Attributes:
- A relevant administrative or financial qualification is advantageous.
- Prepare, process, and track contracts, amendments, and related documents.
- Conduct credit assessments for clients and escalate results for management approval.
- Log and report contract issues using internal systems to the relevant administrators.
- Work with internal teams, such as Collections and Accounts, to verify information.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date digital records of all contracts and credit activities.
- Support audits and compliance by providing necessary documents.
- Proven experience in contract administration or credit assessment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good proficiency in record-keeping and reporting systems.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of FICA Law and NCR Regulations is beneficial.
- Ability to interact with members in a professional and courteous way.

- Ability to work with various software platforms.
