About the Role

Safripol is seeking motivated individuals to join our Maintenance team in Durban through an experiential learnership in Electrical Engineering. This temporary graduate trainee position offers hands‑on training and real‑world experience in an electrical industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in on‑the‑job training and gain experience in electrical maintenance operations.
• Support the technical operations team by completing projects, studies, and simulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) and a BEng/BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Exposure to maintenance operations or a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Technical capability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
