Position Details:

• Education Requirements:
  – National Diploma/B.Tech in Safety Management/Environmental Health
  – SAMTRAC certification (advantageous)
• Experience Needed: 1-2 years in Safety Management post-qualification
• Location: Eastern Cape Province
• Department: Health, Safety & Environmental Protection

Essential Requirements:

• Valid EB category driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Practical experience in task analysis and instructional design

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor safety protocols across municipal operations
• Conduct workplace incident investigations and analysis
• Develop safety training programs and compliance documentation
• Coordinate environmental health initiatives and risk assessments
